Return conditions

We are committed to ensuring a safe, transparent shopping experience that meets every customer's expectations. For this reason, our returns policy protects both consumer rights and the integrity of our products.

1. Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. The intention to exercise this right must be communicated via email to info@luxaround.shop within 24 hours of receiving the item.

Following the request, the customer will receive instructions for proceeding with the return, which must be made to the return address Via Buriasco 2B, 10135, Turin (TO).

2. Return methods
The customer is responsible for returning the item and its shipping costs. The return must be made via Trackable shipping: Luxaround is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during transport of the return package.
We therefore recommend using an insured service.

Upon request, the customer can receive a return label provided by Luxaround: in this case, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

3. Conditions for accepting returns
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, unused, undamaged, with all accessories, original packaging, dust bag, seals and certificates, if applicable.

The Luxaround security seal (if applied) must not be removed or tampered with. Otherwise, the return will not be accepted.

Each item will be inspected within 48 hours of receiving the package.

Luxaround reserves the right to reject returns that present:

  • obvious signs of use or odors (e.g. perfume, smoke);
  • damage not present at the time of shipment;
  • missing elements;
  • absence of seal (if applied);
  • personal items inside them.

Unsuitable items will be returned to the customer at their expense.

4. Refund terms and conditions
Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase.

The customer will receive confirmation via email that the refund has been processed.

Payment fees and shipping costs incurred by Luxaround are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed. Where free shipping has been offered, Luxaround reserves the right to deduct from the refund an amount corresponding to the actual cost incurred.

Any additional services purchased with the item, such as the Entrupy Certificate of Authenticity, will not be refunded.

5. Products excluded from returns
Returns are not accepted for:

  • custom-made or personalized items upon request;
  • requests received more than 14 days after delivery.
