How do I understand the condition of an item I want to purchase?
All items for sale on Luxaround are selected to be in good to like-new condition. We never deal with damaged products, with structural defects or in poor condition.
For each bag, you will find a detailed description of the condition , with a clear indication of any signs of use (if any). Each product sheet is accompanied by high-resolution photos that show the item from every angle, so as to offer a complete, realistic and transparent vision. What you see is exactly what you will receive.
Orders and Shipping
How do I know if my order was successful?
After completing your purchase, you will immediately receive a confirmation email to the address indicated during checkout.
If you do not receive confirmation within a few minutes, we recommend checking your “Spam” or “Promotions” folder. If you have any questions, our customer service is always available to check the status of your order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, you can request a change or cancellation of your order within a few hours of confirmation , as long as the item has not yet been shipped. Since we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, we recommend that you contact us immediately via Whatsapp or email .
If the order has already been entrusted to the courier, it will no longer be possible to cancel it, but you can still exercise the right of withdrawal within the terms set out in our policy.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free throughout Italy for orders over €500. For orders of a lower value, shipping has a standard cost of €4.90.
If you are purchasing from abroad, you will be able to view EU and Extra EU shipping costs directly on the checkout page.
What are the shipping times?
Orders are generally prepared and processed within 1-2 business days from payment confirmation. Once entrusted to the courier, delivery times in Italy can vary from 1 to 4 business days.
As soon as your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email with the tracking code and the link to follow the shipment in real time , until delivery.
What happens if my order is lost or damaged during shipping?
Each shipment is tracked and insured to protect you from any unforeseen events. In case of loss or obvious damage to the package during transport, we invite you to contact us promptly: we will open a report with the courier and will handle the complaint directly.
If a problem is discovered, you will be offered an immediate solution , which may include a full refund or a store credit of equal value.

Yes, on Luxaround you can sell your luxury bag easily and safely. Just send us some photos via WhatsApp : if the item is of interest to us, you will receive our offer for immediate purchase. If accepted, we will provide you with all the information for shipping. Once received and verified, we will pay you by bank transfer.
We buy original designer bags from major luxury brands such as Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Yves Saint Laurent, Gucci, Fendi, Prada and the like. The item must be authentic, in good condition and preferably accompanied - when possible - by original accessories. We do not deal in counterfeit or badly damaged bags.
How long will it take to receive my payment?
After receiving the bag and completing the authenticity and conformity check, we proceed with the payment within 48 working hours via bank transfer.
